Considering you can't see your house all the time (when there has been bad weather, for example), you don't know about any possible damage.
Maybe you would like us to take a look every 2 weeks / once a month to check it over? And when there is something wrong we can call you about what to do. So you don't discover water damage in the summer because of the roofing material that has been blow down in the winter, but you will find that blown down tree chopped up as wood for the fire-place.
